A business trip to Germany

In June, the Workrate Leadership team made a business trip to Germany and travelled by train to Bad Homburg via Cologne and Frankfurt. Upon arrival they were welcomed at the brand new headquarters of Workrate GmbH. After an extensive tour of the property, it was time for an important meeting with the German and French management teams. A report!

The first topic on the joint agenda was the final result of Workrate. The first months of this year have gone well and expectations for the rest of the year are also promising. CEO Jop Wolff then took the teams along in the development of a handy financial analysis dashboard that will be implemented in the coming months. The cooperation between the different countries was also discussed. For example, how does Workrate ensure that the support and required application developments match the needs in the countries? Agreements have also been made with international colleagues for this.

Another important topic during this international meeting was the approach towards labor market communication in this phase of labor shortage. Workrate excels in high-tech security, in places where security is essential and where high-tech applications set the standard. We call this 'Mission Critical Security'. The various management teams discussed how Workrate can be positioned even more strongly, both with customers and potential colleagues. This has high priority. Simply because in both the Netherlands, France and Germany, the need for new colleagues in the field and at various support departments is growing. That is why various recruitment campaigns are being launched to attract new colleagues. The presentation of those campaigns was well received by everybody. With that, the Leadership team can look back on a very effective and successful business trip and returned home with strong plans and refreshed ambitions!
