    Training and onboarding

    Workrate’s security experts and Learning and Development specialists will ensure that all security officers and Workrate software users are fully trained and confident using the new security procedure and systems before they go live.

    Implementation and go-live

    Workrate will oversee the complete implementation of our security services into your daily operations and ensure a smooth go-live. Our team will be ready to provide support and answer any questions you may have during this transition period.

    Monitoring and tracking

    Our guidance and support do not stop after go-live. We will continue to track and monitor our performance continuously and make sure to guide the team where needed.

    This is what you can expect from Workrate after Go-live:

    1. 30 days after Go-live

      Our security services level will be on a stable level and comparable to the basic level you are used to.
    2. 60 days after Go-live

      Our security services will have fully adopted the Workrate way of working.
    3. 90 days after Go-live

      This will mark the end of the transition project and there will be an official handover to local operations with an evaluation report.
    4. 1 year after Go-live
