A good example of this is that a few weeks ago Workrate organized a workshop for Workrate security guards and EXA colleagues in which some process improvements were discussed and a new version of the access authorization system was explained. All this while enjoying a nice shared dinner.

The Workrate security guards are also an important party in our emergency response team founded a few months ago. In addition to participating in the emergency response training with the other EXA colleagues, it has been agreed that they will also take the lead in the event of an incident. Finally, the Workrate security guards are part of a number of EXA processes such as logistics and Hands & Eyes services, where they exchange HDs and/or tapes for some of our customers outside of business hours on request. These examples of good cooperation and the planned Bi-weekly and Quarterly meetings ensure that incidents and findings are regularly discussed and measures are taken if necessary. All this contributes to our Workrate-EXA team functioning optimally.
