We have been working with Workrate Security since 2012. At that time, we, then still under the company name Valeant, had to save enormously on all costs. Workrate had an ideal concept for us to provide an intelligent and tech-driven security service.
A longlasting relationship with Workrate
Over the years, we as a company have changed our name several times. Workrate has always been able to adapt smoothly with this. Nowadays we are Basuch+Lomb again and we have been experiencing strong growth for years. Our warehouse of 22,000 m2 and offices are now a bit too small and we will move in the future. Due to this strong growth, more and more requirements, activities and flexibility were demanded from Workrate Security. For example, there was a time when there was a lot of overtime in the weekends without having a prior planning, with this Workrate was flexible about what is very nice for us and gives confidence that the work can be done. Actually, you can say that Workrate Security has grown along with the interests of us as a customer and their own organization has become more and more professional. I myself consider Workrate to be a fully-fledged service partner on which we can rely very well. The trick is to be able to continue to guarantee the service together and that good cooperation is important in this. I can see this guaranteed with Workrate!
