Integrity Reporting Channel
At Workrate, we believe that safety and integrity are the foundation of responsible leadership and reliable service. These values are deeply embedded in our daily work and culture.
We offer a secure and confidential reporting channel for concerns about (suspected) misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of our policies or the law, whether observed or suspected, by employees or external stakeholders.
What is the purpose of this reporting channel?
The integrity reporting channel allows you to report concerns in a confidential and accessible way. You can report:
- Suspected or actual criminal behavior
- Unethical conduct
- Other forms of misconduct, including (suspected) violations of Workrate’s internal policies or applicable laws and regulations
Whether you have a suspicion or a concrete observation, we encourage everyone to speak up. Reports can be submitted by employees, as well as by clients, suppliers, or other stakeholders.

How does it work?
Reports are submitted via our secure platform and handled by an independent advisor. All reports are assessed confidentially, and where possible, in consultation with you.
Want to remain anonymous? That’s possible. You’ll be asked to create a secure inbox, so we can communicate safely with you if needed.
We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith even if the concern turns out to be unfounded.
