Mariëlle: “The integration of Randstad Bewaking and Workrate is in full swing! We had already welcomed our new colleagues to their new workplace in March, but on paper, they were still employed by Randstad Security. That changed on May 22nd with the signing of their new contracts. It was an important moment for the office team as they formally closed their Randstad chapter. To ensure a smooth transition, we discussed changes in employment conditions and Workrate’s way of working. We also organized an information session about the pension plan at Workrate, so everyone is well-informed. With all these steps, we hope our Randstad colleagues will quickly feel part of the Workrate team!”
